Course Overview
This practical workshop equips APS and ACT Government professionals to navigate complexity, uncertainty and competing priorities with confidence. Participants learn to distinguish problem types, diagnose systems, map stakeholders and interdependencies, and use adaptive decision-making tools. Through public sector case studies and hands-on activities, they develop safe-to-test strategies they can apply immediately in policy, procurement, regulation and service delivery.
