Influencing Without Authority for EAs equips experienced Executive Assistants to strengthen the human capabilities that drive trust, credibility and strategic impact. Participants learn to build productive relationships, adapt communication, prove alignment and influence decisions without formal authority. The course supports EAs to move beyond responsive support and contribute with greater confidence, judgement and organisational awareness in an increasingly AI-enabled workplace.
